By contacting or using the services of Just In Time Locksmith, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Just In Time Locksmith provides locksmith services including but not limited to automotive lockouts, residential lock services, and commercial lock services in Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and technician assessment.

Pricing

Service pricing is provided as an estimate before work begins. Final pricing may vary based on the actual complexity of the service required. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with work.

Authorization

By requesting our services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the property, vehicle, or premises, or have explicit authorization from the owner to request locksmith services. Just In Time Locksmith reserves the right to require proof of ownership or authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Just In Time Locksmith shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the service rendered.

Cancellations

Service requests may be cancelled at any time prior to the technician arriving at the service location. Once a technician is dispatched, a service call fee may apply.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience a problem with work we performed, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
